Laya (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app (the “App”).

We collect only the information needed to operate the App.
- Profile Data: Username, avatar, and connected Solana wallet address.
- Game Data: Scores, achievements, and leaderboard rankings.
- Chat & User Content (UGC): Messages you send, content you upload or create (such as text or images), and associated metadata needed to deliver the feature (for example, timestamps and the recipients/room).
What we do not collect
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not use analytics or crash reporting SDKs.
Chat and UGC visibility
When you use chat or submit user content, the content may be visible to other users according to the feature (for example, in a room, match, or community). Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat or user content.
Wallet connections
If you choose to connect a Solana wallet, we only receive your public wallet address. We do not collect your seed phrase or private keys, and we cannot access your wallet funds.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your in-app profile (username/avatar).
- Save gameplay progress and results (scores and achievements).
- Display and update leaderboard rankings.
- Operate chat and user-generated content features (including delivery, display, and storage of content you submit).
- Enforce our Terms, prevent abuse, and maintain safety (for example, moderation and fraud/security checks).
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the App.
3. On-Chain Data
Some actions you take may involve public blockchain activity. Blockchain data (including wallet addresses and on-chain transactions) is public and cannot be deleted or modified by us. This Privacy Policy applies to data we handle off-chain; it does not control how a blockchain network processes or publishes data.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share your information only in limited circumstances, such as:
- With other users when you choose to use social features (for example, your username/avatar and chat/UGC you post as part of the feature).
- Service providers that help us host or operate the App (only as needed to provide the service).
- Legal requirements if we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain Profile Data, Game Data, and Chat/UGC content only as long as necessary to operate the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below, subject to technical and legal limitations (and subject to any public on-chain data that cannot be removed).
